Not only am I a child of divorce who saw my family go through this, but I’m a divorced mom of two girls. Honestly? It hasn’t been an easy path, but thanks to the tools and approach I developed, I have a completely new vision of what's possible after divorce.  Here's how it happened...

Have you ever looked back on your life, when you can connect the dots with the gift of hindsight, and noticed how life gave you the exact set of experiences and skills you needed? When I realized my marriage was ending, I also realized I had this incredible set of strategies that came from my professional background. I'd spent years working in conflict transformation and culture building in some of the most divisive societies in the world including Northern Ireland and Israel and Palestine. I led an international non-profit organization and I shaped organizational culture as a transformational change consultant. I basically spent twenty years becoming an expert in human behavior, and how to deal with conflict and navigate change. So, yes, you could say I’m equipped to help you through the turbulence of divorce. 

I understood how to move myself and my family through this huge disruption and I can help you do this too. The truth is that what I've developed is what I wish my mom had when she went through her divorce. I want as many women as possible to have access to this strategy as they go through this period of their lives. We’re often taught that divorce is an awful failure, something that brings only pain, loss, and hardship. But that's a tired, old story. How about we write a new one?
